Roy The Boy has two bets for the Hungarian Grand Prix and they are Lewis Hamilton to secure pole position as qualifying winner and Daniel Ricciardo to finish in the Top 6.
Hungarian Grand Prix - Eight from nine record makes Lewis a 1/2 play
Eight pole positions from the nine races of the current Formula 1 season make odds of 1/2 about Lewis Hamilton claiming yet another prime starting position, at the Hungarian Grand Prix, look outstanding value.
They say the quickest way to the poor house is backing odds-on, but nevertheless the stats don’t lie the goalposts have not been moved, and so this is a far better bet than backing the Brit for the race win at the same price. His record in that sphere is, after all, five from nine.
Ladbrokes are going 9/4 about Daniel Ricciardo finishing in the top-six and as previously outlined (check-out Roy’s blog section) his Red Bull car will be very happy around this antiquated, narrow, twisty and often dusty race track. He is also three from eight (completed races) in the ‘top six stakes’ this season.
4 points win Lewis Hamilton to qualify on Pole with 1/2 Ladbrokes, William Hill and Boylesports
2 points win Daniel Ricciardo to finish in the top-six at 9/4 with Ladbrokes
